Have you ever had lemon sherbet ribs? I thought I'd try something a little different with these ribs, making a lemon zest & sumac rub and then wrapping them with butter, sugar and lemon & chilli flavoured hot honey. Finishing with a lemon based BBQ sauce and a sprinkling of popping candy! I'll be honest, the popping candy wasn't needed, even though it was a little bit of fun. But the ribs were fantastic!
