Ruby was found in River Rouge back in May. The finder shared on social media and hung fliers in the area in attempt to reunite dog w owner. She was unsuccessful to find this girls family, but she held onto her bc she fell in love. Unfortunately she lives in public housing which doesn’t allow for her to keep Ruby. Ruby will be spayed and vaccinated and ready to find her second chance. She’s a very sweet girl…good w children. | Friends of the River Rouge Animal Shelter
