A witchy wave took over Lake Natoma in Folsom over the weekend. Around 1,000 people dressed up as witches and wizards paddleboarded to the Rainbow Bridge from Black Miners Bar, all to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer in the memory of 13-year-old Ivy Foley.
