We're kicking off Live From London Christmas with a spotlight on The Tallis Scholars, who were founded in 1973 by their director, Peter Phillips. Through their recordings and concert performances, they are recognised the world over as true Renaissance rock stars, and widely renowned for their purity and clarity of sound. Today, the ensemble releases the ninth and final recording in their Josquin Mass cycle, which may have spanned the longest period of any project in the history of recorded music
