An effort to rename Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Chambers County is one step closer to becoming law. The Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge Act passed the U-S House on Tuesday, (yesterday 7/15). Last year, the 12-year-old was killed in north Houston in a horrific crime that stunned the nation.
