French Onion Soup ⬇️🧅🥀 Recipe: Ingredients 3 tbsp butter plus 2 tbsp olive oil 3-4 yellow onions thinly sliced 1 quart organic beef broth 1 cup dry white wine A few tbsps of sherry 1 tbsp flour French bread sliced, toasted brushed with garlic Lots of freshly grated Gruyère cheese Fresh herbs: Thyme, bay leaves Salt and pepper to taste Method: Melt butter and olive oil in your Dutch oven and add onions, season liberally with salt. Sauté on medium stirring occasionally, appx 35-45 mins the onion
