Preserving Celery! 🌱 Tips for freezing: for the best texture freeze only the stalks and freeze on a sheet pan before transferring to freezer bags (you know I love a @Stasher !) Dehydrating: Dehydrate for 10-12 hours on your veggie setting (125°) until crunchy. If using a traditional oven use your lowest setting, stir often, until crunchy. (You might need to take the leaves out early so they don’t burn) Celery Salt: Mix 1/4 cup dried celery (leaves or pulverized stems) and 1 cup salt. Mix well.

🥬❄️ Want to make your celery last longer than ever? Chop, vacuum seal, and freeze for a freezer full! And don’t forget to keep some crisp stalks in the fridge for snacking by wrapping them in a dish towel in the crisper drawer. Bonus: turn those leaves into savory celery salt seasoning for extra flavor in every dish! Who’s joining me in the preservation game? #PreserveTheHarvest #CeleryForDays #KitchenMagic #preservingtheharvest 🍽️🌱 | Homegrown Florida
