Imperial Walking Cathedral 3D Print — Epic Scale Resin Model

The FiloBot is a self 3-D printing robot created by the Italian Institute of Technology Genoa. It’s designed to mimic vines and plants, steering using phototropism and skototropism. One of its main functions is supposed to be for gently moving rubble as to not cause further collapse while still finding those trapped. It also, unfortunately, happens to look quite phallic. The internet seems to be focused on the later… it’s hard not to see it. Enjoy some crazy science!
