A stunning chirashi don spot from the team behind UME and Sekai Omakase opens TODAY!🍣 @umeko_ny’s $48 prix-fixe don sets are absolutely stunning💫 The sashimi is top-notch, and they pay attention to every detail, like making their own soy sauce and even giving you a cute illustrated menu🥹 The space is calm, zen, and intimate🌿 ✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ 🍱 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞 𝙎𝙚𝙩 $48 🌟🌟 Strongly recommend! Joey the Munchie on Instagram: "📍Umeko | NY @umeko_ny A dreamy Donburi hidden in the West village. From the team behind Williamsburg’s Ume, Umeko focuses on depth—perfecting a single fish preparation at a time. Its $48 prix-fixe set includes a featured don, miso soup or tea, small sides, and nori sheets for assembling handrolls. The kind of spot you almost don’t want to post… but it’s too pretty not to. #sushi #chirashi #nyc #nycfood #newyork"
