The combined City of Inverness Pipe Band and Forres and District Pipe Band lead the parade off the Games field after the official opening of the 2024 Inverness Highland Games. These were held at Bught Park in Inverness on Saturday 13th July 2024 and enjoyed by thousands of locals and visitors from all over the world who attended the Games. Members of Inverness area Pipe Bands combine to lead the Hogmanay Parade along the High Street and over the river Ness on 31st December 2023. The bands were taking part in the Inverness Hogmanay celebrations, leading the march to the Northern Meeting Park, where the Red Hot Highland Fling then took place.
