Behind the scenes of sulcata weigh-in week 🐢 We often get asked if weighing our tortoises takes ages… but it really doesn’t! We weigh all 4 sulcatas at the start of every month, and the whole weighing routine usually takes around 10–15 minutes. A calm setup, a bit of snack motivation, and they’re happily on and off the scales in no time. It’s a simple but important part of their routine and helps us keep a close eye on how they’re doing.
